Natascha joined the PATRIP Foundation in December 2024 as Manager HR, Finance & Communications, working in a cross-functional staff position to the Executive Board. In this role, she is responsible for the Foundation’s operational management across HR, finance, communication and administration, and steers key internal processes, reporting workflows and organisational projects.
She is a passionate manager focused on social impact, with more than ten years of experience in bridging people, processes and projects across various sectors. Following a dual study programme in Business Administration with a focus on tourism management, she pursued a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Cooperation in April 2026 alongside her professional career, reflecting her strong interest in sustainable development, social entrepreneurship and effective international cooperation. Her profile combines organisational management, stakeholder coordination, finance, administration, and international project management.
