Gerald is working as Programme Manager for the Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan Region (PAT). He holds a Bachelor´s degree in Rescue Engineering and a Master in Natural Resources Management with specialization in Water from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, Germany.
His work assignments both in Germany and internationally, including India and Nepal, Mexico and the Southeast Asia region, form the basis for his broad knowledge and experience in programme- and project management. As engineer and former technical head of the water supply Bad Schussenried he contributes his hands-on technical experience to the team. Prior to PATRIP he worked as Urban Development Specialist in the Asian Development Bank for three years.
